he Harvest Moon Society Annual General Meeting will be held virtually this year via Zoom on Tuesday, February 10 at 7pm.

At the AGM, the 2025 Financial Report will be presented, followed by the ratification of the 2026 Budget. The 2025 Activities Report will be discussed, and then there will be a vote on By-Law Amendments. The board will be proposing an amendment to Article 13: Terms of Office, changing the term length from two to three years, and changing from a three term limit (6 year max) to a four term limit (12 year max). The exact wording of the motion will be distributed to HMS members no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting, as per the By-Laws.
