Stories

Rural Communities are strong, vibrant places where people strive to make their communities strong and vibrant places to live and work. This is an interactive space for learning and sharing knowledge of initiatives that have made a difference in communities and on the farm.

The following stories are divided up into three different themes: education, environment, preserving local history, and sustainable agriculture. The stories here are about real people working to making a difference at home. Take what you learn here, share it with friends and family, talk about it, build on this local knowledge, and use it in your own communities. Please keep this site up to date by sharing your stories of rural initiatives.
