Community Drum Circles

7 – 9 pm at the Harvest Moon Learning Centre in Clearwater
DROP IN — No experience needed, drums provided
Using many different types of drums, we are guided to play different rhythms. When we drum we find our childlike feelings emerge, we slow down, release emotions and build our immune system. Through the rhythms and vibrations we experience many health benefits that support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual beings that we are.
$15/adult, $5/child (8+), $35/family (kids 8+ please)
